What type of wax do you use?

We offer candles made with soy wax, a healthy alternative to paraffin candles. Soy wax is non-toxic, a natural and renewable source, support the American farmers, burns clean, and produces virtually no soot.

How should I care for my candles?

Trim wick to 1/4" before lighting. Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings. Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface. Burn within sight. Keep away from flammable objects. Keep away from children and pets. Do not burn candle for more than four hours at a time. Stop use when only 1/4" of wax remains.

Do you offer bulk discounts for wedding/event/corporate gifts?

Yes, for orders with a minimum of 24 pieces of one style/scent. Please email hello@lillygrant.com for information on bulk orders.

Do you offer candle making classes/workshops?

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

We make every effort to provide the best customer service experience. If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately. We will happily replace any damaged items that are reported to us within 48 hours of order delivery.

Do you sell e-gift cards?

Absolutely! E-gift cards can be purchased in quantities of $25, $50, $75 or $100. 

Here are a few things to remember...

• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
• Gift cards cannot be replacements if lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.
• Gift cards cannot be combined with other vouchers.

*Gift cards are delivered by email and contain a unique code and instructions to redeem them at checkout.
